Sauna Foil Vapor barrier is an important element when building any home sauna.  The aluminum foil has a proper tempurature rating and is specificly designed to be installed  in saunas to reflect the heat and prevent moisture transfer through the wall assembily. Poly vapour barror should not be used as it doesnt have the correct heat rating.
 
Each roll is 48" x 72' enough to do one sauna room appoximitally 7'x7'x7'
